Re: [ANNOUNCE] TwitterBox is now TweeGo!

I've hacked together a small patch to fix TweeGo for now.

I basically changed the used api from the unversioned to the version 1 api by adjusting some urls.
The problem is, that this api version...

Re: JollaMobile : Jolla continues Nokia's excellent work on #MeeGo based smartphones

Actually, we don't know what direction things are pointing. All we have to go on is a possibly accurate, possibly misleading interview with someone who can't give away all the secrets at this time...

Re: JollaMobile : Jolla continues Nokia's excellent work on #MeeGo based smartphones

I see nothing there about what they are starting and what they are doing later on. You are reading your own assumption into that. So relax and wait for more concrete statements/actions from Jolla. It...

Re: JollaMobile : Jolla continues Nokia's excellent work on #MeeGo based smartphones

All these ecosystem talks sound completely out of place. Belong more to biological/environmental forums.

Yes. Few key points from there - they'll use Mer (it's open). They'll have open mode...

Re: JollaMobile : Jolla continues Nokia's excellent work on #MeeGo based smartphones

You keep repeating it. What is that "closed ecosystem"? What is ecosystem altogether? Jolla is using Mer, which is open and uses open development tools. Jolla OS (whatever will be the final name)...

Re: Is now the RIGHT TIME to spread FUD and say "N900 is dead." ?

Show me a phone that can do all the N900 can (run Linux natively, Android natively, boot 6+ OS's, crack WEP, vnc, run OpenOffice, root without voiding warranty ... too many to list) and then maybe....

Re: charging problem

I'm new to N900 myself, but from the experience I've had with N810, I wonder if this has something to do with an aging battery. "Not charging" doesn't sound familiar but reboots do. See what...

Re: [NEEDED] Appealing ideas for next CSSU

As Jaffa mercifully mentioned, there is already correct way of requesting features for CSSU ;)

So, I'll only comment that I would like CSSU to *finally* become official release - instead of beta -...

Re: The End is Coming: What do we do next?

I have to disagree with everyone who is prematurely burying their n900. Yes, it's a chunky piece and it doesn't have enough ram.

I knew that when I bought it over a year ago.

Just because the...

You assume way too much. I'm under the impression that you seriously lack the knowledge to maintain a proper discussion.

Let's lay it down to where even a simpleton can follow.

Microsoft...

I'm not too familiar with an iPhone myself, given the hefty-price for which they are sold where I live, as well common knowledge that they are tightly-locked devices, but here's the thing:
