I believe the key you're looking for is the application swap key which is the one that looks like two overlapping boxes (left side front, top button).

To get the maps for MM, just set the default location for the maps, under Maps, Manage Repositories, and then have it download the route. It will get the maps for you if you have "Autodownload maps"...
