well i am giving it a try with python and gtkhtml2. battery life will be an issue, since i remember the rss live scrolling reader in the desktop slowed the NIT and drained the battery.

what type of unit do you have...n800 or 810...penguinbait has debs for both...there real easy...just follow directions...as for virtual memory...it just gives the tablet that extra bitr off breathing...

Compiled. It does require a few dependencies. All those can be found by searching on gronmayer but you won't find libdnet there. So I compiled that too.

Run as root.

Make sure you aren't trying to run it off a memory card. (Use the file manager to move it to a folder on the flash).

And it's chmod +x

(- would remove an executable permission, not what we want...

Clone OS to SD Deb!! Boot from SD made EASY!!

I made a DEB that will clone the currently running OS to a 2GB CARD. It will also clone it to bigger/smaller cards but its not really setup...
