I just wish Ansi Vanjokki would be the chosen one.
He seems like a guy that talks some sense and he was ready to admit many of the faults. I felt much better when he was giving interviews than...

A day without--I miss my N900 so much
It is on its way to Nokia for repair. I am using my old HTC G1 as back up. I appreciate the N900 even more! The G1 does some things well, but it's slower, the browser just doesn't cut it for me, the...

Re: Is opensuse the new basis for Meego?
Nope. In theory at least, MeeGo is an independent distribution. The link to SUSE is the build service (OBS), but apart from that, Novell will just add it's stuff to MeeGo just as they did to Moblin.

Re: Meego: Towards Day One
In the case of the N900 all the hardware adaptation exists and is well tested by Nokia.
Absolutely true before MeeGo gets it's first stable release. I wouldn't be that sure about from that...

It doesn't matter if Nokia refuse to port MeeGo / Maemo 6 to the n900 - members of the community will do it - it's open source.
With these developments we have more choice and actullay more...

Re: Symbian OS Officially go's open source
Because its open source.. what are the chances of seeing a dual boot of symbian and maemo on the n900? symbian would run great on the n900, and it would be handy to have best of both worlds! :)
