Looks like it's failing to read the configuration settings. You may be best deleting & recreating the MfE configuration from scratch.

Pay attention. The memory card gets unmounted when the back cover is removed. The stand should not affect it.

If the back cover is not properly seated it could possibly cause this. Or it could be...

maybe his sd-card is sensitve against small changes in magnetic fields around.

Actually, if you open back cover then some magnetic switch prevents using of microSD card and it is normal and it looks like intentional design.

You may try to fake it with metal piece or separate...

mhm... the stand is hold in place via a magnet.

if you open the stand the metal-part moves away and changes the magnetic field.

this can cause problems... but i think this magnet is way TOO...
