All you have to do is type in xterm:
convert file.pdf file.jpg
and you already have what you want.

Some news about my stuff. I succeeded in comiling Qtopia on for my nokia 770. I put it on the device and launched it. I can see some pictures of Qtopia but it is impossible to control the platform....
