Few days ago ditched XP Pro on secondary laptop and installed Ubuntu. Initial impressions are very positive! I will use and hopefully learn some new things.

I bought mine new on ebay. Do not know how Nokia will look on this but entering the imei on nokia website warranty link shows valid. Just to cover myself got SquareTrade warranty for $64.99 that...

If you have Outlook on your PC the N900 does sync fine using Nokia PC Suite either by USB or Bluetooth. As everyone has stated learning curve with N900 and I am still stumbling along....

Just installed Nokia PC Suite on PC. I was able to connect N900 with the PC by Bluetooth and hence connect PC Suite to N900 by way of Bluetooth. Successfully did synchronization using Bluetooth so...

Wow, really getting nervous about using the umbilical cord. How long have you had your N900? I have filed down USB and Charger plugs..hope that helps but who knows.
