Basically, I don't hear key tones. When I call home, I need to enter a pin to access my domestic line's voicemail. I swear I've done it on this phone, but now there are no tones when I press a key.

Have looked at the suggested threads and cannot see an answer.
Have DTMF tones been switched off with the latest Firmware? On a regular call, to access voice mail, am required to push some buttons...
