Yup, you made a point here...a good point.. But nevermind of my hardware issues, I still like this phone and its the best one I ever had... so i dont care about those white spots and some dead pixel...

Ya, thx for correcting my post, it is true MY nokia has some hardware issues, but not only mine as I and YOU can see on this forum.. So be realistic... I know that you and,,maybe,, 80-90% (or less??)...

ya, that is true that n900 has a lot of hardware faults.. for example mine has 2 bright spots, 2-3 dead pixels...well that is not much noticeable, but I can see that coz I know where that is. And I...

I have noticed when the background is white, in the right upper section of the screen, there is a 2 small spots ( like 5x5 mm) that are way brighter then the rest of the screen.
Its not a dead...

No, it is not about the pressure, I notice this like 3 days after I bought my phone, and I dont have a case or something like that. And it is not like dead pixels or moist inside of the screen.

I have XP SP2 and my n900 worked (mass storage and charging) out of the box directly with my XP. I didn't even install the PC suite. Maybe is some problem in SP3.

Yup, I charge my n900 every night too. And even in car over day, while I listen to FM transmitter so I must plug it in and charge so transmitter is like 50% stronger.. My battery is hardly ever...
