I had flashed from the singapore version to the central european. As I live in the US, would it make more sense to use the UK ireland version:
059J186: RM-696 NDT UK IRELAND BLACK 64GB
Does this version have any branding or bloatware?
Has anyone noticed, after flashing, that their N9 appears slightly laggy at times. Also terminal seems to have some difficulty when going from portrait to landscape. It is almost comical. What sometimes happens is that the terminal rotates first and then, a second later, the keyboard rotates into place. I do not recall this happening with Pr1.0
EDIT: Don't know why but it doesn't seem quite so laggy now. Odd issue with portrait to landscape for terminal remains...

The flashing worked for me. I had a Starhub branded black 64GB (Singapore 059L3V7). Just like Drekkie (earlier in the thread), I successfully debranded it by flashing with the Central Europe PR1.1 (DFL61_HARMATTAN_20.2011.40-4_PR_LEGACY_001-OEM1-958_ARM.bin). It's been a couple days so far since I did the flash and I haven't noticed anything strange. Thanks!

I'm not an expert but I would think you need a space between the -F option and the DFL61...
