Sorry man I can't help. I don't know what are you doing. type flasher-3.5.exe - blinked? so does that mean you do not have flasher?

thing is you have windws7 64 bits, maemo flasher for n900 should by default install in program files x86 if you have it in program file, you modified the installation path or it is win 7 32 bits

folder?
