All the posts you have ever made here relate to this same problem.
It's a hardware fault. If Nokia have told you they can't fix it then just accept that. It's dead jim. Your phone will not communicate with the SIM card.
Find some other use for your beloved N900 that doesn't involve any phone or mobile data connection.

now i m using it as internet tab

actually this happened with me before then i flashed again after another reflash then it works ! even my friend's one had the same issue and flashed it again and the problem solved again :P

If you want to stop the annoying "Telephony disabled" notice place a "#" symbol at the beginning of "start on started dbus" in /etc/event.d/sscd.
Saves a tiny amount battery life and it seems to speed the little units up a fraction.

then i reflashed d phone and got this error
CMT Flashing failed
using flasher 3.5 and also with phoenix
sent my phone to nokia care center twice
even they r not able to fix it
any solutions ????????
