It is an easy to use audio & video converter application based on ffmpeg.
I am not sure if it is any useful as converting audio & video files on a mobile device (phone or tablet) is painfully slow compared to the desktop. (at least in my tests I had to wait pretty long for the encoding to finish)
Though for easy stuff like extracting audio from video it might be useful.
As the packages come shipped with a precompiled static ffmpeg build I guess it won't make it in harbour (at least it isn't allowed today).
