All in all I'm happy with the registration system we had last year, showing in real time who was registering and having the sponsorship module integrated.
Some ideas to improve, out of my head:
- Include tshirt size man/woman to calculate much better the shirts variations we need to buy.
- Users should be able to edit their profile to add more information.
More ideas come to mind but they would complicate the development. According to the ongoing discussions it is good to have the registration open asap. Shirt size would be the only requirement I would put to the registration opening but if you have more ideas...

Sounds sensible. Was it X-Fade/bergie who did the software last year? Or was it non-midgard?
