Sure I can help(I think). I've made all the dumb mistakes, so I can share what I've learned.
First, does it let you log in? When you put in your log in name and password, does the Dial tab turn green after a few seconds. If no, then check for updates. The App has been recently updated.
Second, if you have been able to log in, the go to the "account" tab for your settings. Make sure your tablets number is selected for the call back number. This is the number that GV calls first...then goes on to the number you want to reach.
These are the first two most obvious problems. Let me know if that helps.

I logged in and it let me log in and such, but the dial button did not change and turn green, it stayed the same. What should I do? Its updated to.
