If there's any office software which is designed for touch than traditional mouse+keyboard , that will be great .I need to deal with office files on daily basis , which is the main reason for me to have a decent laptop . If we call Nokia N900 is mobile computer , touch design office is needed to be worked out . Other than that , most of my daily work and personal stuff can be resolved with N900.
The other thing is battery life , do not make me bring two extra battery with me for a one day heavy usage . I got the feeling that we might need that amount of spare batteries when final release .

I use the garnet palm emulator on my n800 all the time. I have access to all of the palm available med books. currently use epocrates, tabors, 5mcc, tintanelli pocket ed, 5m peds, harrisons and merck, as soon as the garnet emulator comes for the n900 Ill add sanford guide and be very happy. love being able to have epoc open all the time and look up items much faster than having to wait for it to load.....

Wake up:
Check emails, calendar for the day
On the way to class:
Listen to MP3's through FM transmitter, or tape adapter. Maybe even stream some internet radio for the drive.
At school, in between classes, downtime:
Update calendar for homework, tests, events, etc.
Listen to more music. Check MP3 blogs for new tunes.
Read the news.
Check facebook and IM friends to make plans for the night.
Play some games.
Update / post things on my website.
Download some entertainment via BT for later.
In the evening:
Take pics with friends, upload immediately to flikr / facebook / etc.
Take video of drunken friends, promise not to post it, then post it.
At night:
Skype / google talk with friends in other countries.
Watch a soccer game or movie in bed while I fall asleep.
CAN'T WAIT!
