So, you map the most used buttons to the Zeemote and use the Nxx0's keyboard for the rest.

gotcha,

i was thinking from the point of view of running the n900 to a big screen and getting a multiplayer game of mario cart going.

Mario cart uses more than four buttons during the game? If not you don't have a problem at all.

Yes that would be cool, especially how many frames are skipped or are not. It would be helpful to know this.

would that be possible?

which wireless controller would be best and work without hacks (like having to own a ps3 or psp, just buying 2 remote controllers)?
would for example two like this work on the same N900 (connected to a big screen with TV-out) ? Chainpus BGP100 Bluetooth GamePad
does the emulator support multiple players?
(I was excluding the zeemote since it has too less keys, and that would work for some games maybe, but with others it may not; plus, holding a controller with two hands is better for playing)

i just tested zeemote with n900

4 buttons are visible and clickable simultaneously

button click delay is easily below 10ms by my experienced estimate (foley work)

edit: can not recommend zeemote if you regularly need to hit more than two buttons at once. the other two buttons are well away from easy reach.

i think the thing that was concerning me was that the SNES has six buttons; four thumb and two trigger, which may well be a problem for the majority (?) of games that use all buttons.
