If you look into N900 Specs offered by Dell,
WCDMA (UMTS) / GSM 850/900/1800/1900

So I think this is not gonna work with Tmob 3G in US.

I think they are selling the Euro version...

There's no separate North America version. Just one version with identical 3G support wherever you buy it from.

Truthfully I will probably get a pandora even if i get an n900, bigger screen, dual SDHC, only like $300, control sticks, charge through USB OTG *enh enh n900, nokia, come on*

edit:
lol, you're right, they started taking pre-orders in sept of 2008! You had to pay up front too.
Well let's hope there isn't a repeat of that situation then!

According to Dell's website:

"Dell Return Policy:

If you'd like to return your Dell order please note:

You must contact Customer Service within 21 days of the invoice date. [When does Dell charge your card?]
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Dell error, a restocking fee may apply of up to 15% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.

21-Day Return Period for Certain Hardware and Software Products and Accessories: Unless you have a separate agreement with Dell, or except as provided below [no exceptions listed], all hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts, and media-based software that is unopened and still in its sealed package or, if delivered electronically, that has not been downloaded, may be returned within 21 days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees."

Amazon USA's return policy:

"Returning Cell Phones
You may return a cell phone within the first 30 days after delivery."

FYI, this coupon (http://www.dealcatcher.com/phones-ce...hone-pre-order) expires tomorrow the 6th.

EDIT: I'm sticking with Amazon. The $100 savings to go with Dell is not insignificant, but there are too many risks in case of a needed return. I THINK the N900 will be the phone for me but am not entirely sure (lots of GPS and sync questions). And I need a replacement for my Palm Treo 750 as it is slowly dying and I don't want to be left without while waiting for Dell to ship, assuming they ship after Amazon.

Maybe now that everyone has gone and ordered from Dell, with a delivery date of 12/10/09, this thread is going to go to sleep for a while...
