You may be right, but are you sure you are not thinking of the Gizmondo 2? I am not an expert by any means either... I found the pandora being worked on when i was looking for a nice ebook reader, and ended up with the n800. :-D
Truthfully I will probably get a pandora even if i get an n900, bigger screen, dual SDHC, only like $300, control sticks, charge through USB OTG *enh enh n900, nokia, come on*

lol, you're right, they started taking pre-orders in sept of 2008! You had to pay up front too.

If you look into N900 Specs offered by Dell,
WCDMA (UMTS) / GSM 850/900/1800/1900
So I think this is not gonna work with Tmob 3G in US.
I think they are selling the Euro version...

Anyone aware of what Dell's return policies are on cell phones? Would hate to pay 15% restocking fee on something that's almost $500.
