Under Modest settings i read "mcenfioptionstreeview" for the new tree view mode.

That's because the language you have doesn't have a translated string, right only we only have strings of English and Spanish, contributions welcome.

Downloaded it_IT.po file from modest-l10n repository on gitorius and added the missing string. In attach the modified file.

...Where has the capability of marking text gone?

I cannot mark text the usual way, like swiping from left into the display.
What needs to be done is to answer the mail, then mark the text with shift + cursor keys. then copy and paste... isn't there any easier solution ?

It was never there in the same way as MicroB.
You can hold shift and select with the touchscreen without clicking reply.

I think you're confusing modest with a Conversation's thread. A Conversation's thread is actually a browser window, so it does copy-and-paste similar to microb. Modest does not use browser windows, so cut, copy and paste are the same as other non-browser apps.

Guys. Just ignore him. The more you give him reaction the more he'll piss us off. We all know that he doesn't know anything and he prove nothing.

And one more thing. If you show that you're pissed or something. You're just giving him value which clearly he don't deserve.

By the way guys. Sorry if I post it here. But I just want a simple request. I hope that the CSSU can make a "leep" mode like on the htc devices. Where you hit something and you see all the homescreen. Thanks
