For free (assuming that your adding a new line & it's the REFURB) seems like a decent deal if you basically just want to tether it. Small screen and not very aesthetically pleasing to the eyes...

Sorry, no, the nokia 6555 is DOES NOT have/support HSDPA, it is strictly a UMTS 3G device. Specs here (http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_6555-2071.php).

I don't know why you want to spend more money for the same thing. DataConnect gets you onto the ATT network, just like MediaNet. The only difference is the proxy, which has not bearing...
