Make a backup, then follow these instructions (http://www.nokian900applications.com/openssh-on-nokia-n900/) to copy the backup file to your PC.

As for the warranty, check the paperwork that you...

Re: Should Clear Conversation close the conversation window?

Agreed that it should be an option, but Nokia have a peculiar hostility to Maemo customisation. They won't even let you customise the application menu.

Re: sshd drains battery?

Re: sshd drains battery?

Sorry, forgot to say that I tried htop. sshd is always on 0% CPU, and <10 seconds total time. I was wondering whether it was somehow triggering the wifi drain bug.

Xorg and pulseaudio are using...

Thanks, but it will take a while to delete all the built in stations this way. Is there a more efficient means of clearing them all?

Re: Change Internet Radio Stations

Perhaps you should read the manual yourself - it's not there. Neither does the top menu have any edit or delete option.

Re: File Manager Device Name

Thanks, that's fixed it!

I recently had a play with eCoach, which turned on bluetooth to look for a heart rate monitor - so might be an eCoach bug.

That is the problem - Nokia have been advertising N900 as a phone (or "mobile computer"), not a geek challenge.
