[Howto] Remove "No Sim" icon from status bar

The "No SIM" icon in the status bar is very irritating for me, especially since I use the phone exclusively via WiFi.

1. Modify load.sh

To follow this up, it turns out to have been secondary to modifying the kernel for android. This was ultimately fixed with:

flash-and-reboot
