Deb would be cool, but would a simple qt program be all that hard?
Slider bar could adjust transition speed on a percentage base, and just use a file to reference where to apply changes.

I'm planning on buying the Nokia N9, but there are also many good choices available now and in the near future. Samsung Galaxy 2, Iphone 5, Nokia N9, Nexus Prime are all upcoming or released phones...
