Nope they did nothing. In the end I had to make a claim on paypal against the guy who sold it to me, and I won and got the money back. I hope you have similar luck my friend.

films are pretty temporary. 32 gb will get u a few weeks worth and u don't need that much at once. u can put 10 films on and they will last u. music on the other hand is what is used to fill the bulk...
